A renewed sense of direction. Fresh perspectives that inspire curiosity. Deep realization of who you truly are.
A state of stress and overwhelm. Searching for clarity in your next steps. Wanting to pursue what lights you up.
I don't believe in a one-size fits all approach. Everybody's story is different, the trials and joys you've experienced will alter the way coaching will work for you.
A lifetime of documenting my ebbs and flows, learning through loss (a lot of loss) and appreciating stillness eventually led me to coaching. On moving day I carried my way-too-heavy box of journals only to be hit with the realization: “I need to do something with this.” (Besides organizing them), I needed to share what I had learned…guide others. Help them find peace. Direction. Alignment.
(and how monumentally impossible it seems at times).

No other coach, course, or article has actually helped to shake off the angst of "what if" hanging over my head. I finally, miraculously feel free!

“My stack of untouched notebooks finally has a purpose beyond looking pretty on my shelf…I’m engulfed with excitement, passion, and inspiration.”

Somewhere in the highlands, a woman with a red cloak and two centuries in her chest walks beside a man who doesn't yet know what she knows. The dragon is patient. The court is thorny. The roses bleed but bloom regardless. She reads the letter twice on the train, watching her own reflection in the glass confess things she cannot say aloud.
